Hired Paul as the principal contractor and project manager for my 2 storey extension. Following an initial visit and review of my drawings a written quotation was received. Following acceptance of this quote Gerrie and son provided details of stage payments to be made at key milestones of the build , this was by far the best way for both e customer and contractor.
As this was a large project we inevitably hit an issue with underground sewer pipe and existing manhole. This issue was resolved and Paul went the extra mile to support me during this period completing the change in scope really quickly and getting formal sign off from southern water.
Paul’s team are all professional tradesmen who take pride in their work and really “put in a shift “ with fantastic results which was very reassuring and good to see.
Paul’s son is a great plasterer who works hard and is clean and tidy. All aspects of the build was managed by Paul for me ensuring all aspects of the build were of high quality and on time. The original timescale was estimated to be between 12-16 weeks and this project was brought over the line in 14 weeks. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gerrie and son to anyone wishing to undertake a large building project, the team are friendly, reliable and skilled at what they do. Most of all they are honest and true to their word. Once again thank you Paul for all the hard work put in to make my project a success you should be very proud.
