I am a former district council building control surveyor who left through early retirement. I dealt with architects and property owners (houses and flats) who submitted Building Warrant applications. I am now obtaining planning permission and building warrants for extensions etc

My job was to check applications submitted for building warrant complied with technical standards. I now can act as your agent to apply for and obtain both building warrant and planning permission for your project eg. Erect a single or 2 storey extension. Convert your garage or attic to an apartment. Install patio or French doors. Internal alterations eg remove load bearing wall. I can also obtain the services required from structural engineers.
