Hello, my name is Gary Hewitt, I’ve been an active time served carpenter for the last 30+ years taking completion of 1st and 2nd fix carpentry from roof to floor, painting, finishing, every type of flooring, fencing, decking and most other jobs around the home or workplace, personally I take great pride on the particular project in hand and strive to keep a very high standard with the upmost attention to the detailed finish.

Starting off as a HGV mechanic, after passing my city and guilds, (helps with the locksmith side of carpentry) i then progressed onto became a sarna technician, (any type of roof) then to site carpentry, bench joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, garage conversions, barn conversions, extensions and much more, I’ve now worked on over 30 years of different projects and I’ve built nearly anything you can think of.
Qualifications
City and guilds:- Site and bench Carpentry, Carpentry and joinery level 1, Sarna technician, City and guilds qualified Mechanic, Qualified roofer, Certified kitchen fitter, Certified store fitter, Fully CITB, CSCS, health and safety tested, St Johns Ambulance, CPR first aid training, certified.
