M M Properties (MMP) undertakes all types of property work from small one-off day jobs to complex long-term projects. Recent work has included: pre-purchase property advice, complete refurbishments, building substantial extensions, wall removals inserting steels to open-up rooms, chimney stack and breast removals, under-pinning, designing & constructing pergolas, landscaping, garage conversions to offices/studies, exterior decorating, tarmacadem of numerous driveways including large carriageway driveways, the building of new cavity walls and extending roof lines over, renewing feather-edge fencing, replacing guttering and downpipes, reconfiguring of and building new garden steps - you name it, we do it!
We are always happy to give advice and make suggestions how to improve the end result for our clients. We have good working relationships with Local Authorities and Council Building Control teams. We also have a number of fully qualified Structural Engineers we use on projects; we regularly advise on preferred solutions for home owners when other so-called professionals try to impose their methodology!
