PS: We only book your job once both parties you ( customer) and We agree on Job specification ,cost , time and date in written confirmation via email,fax or on Letter head.

If you moved or cancelled booked job and not re booking your job within one week than you are agree to received invoice for the time slot which lost for other potential clients.

PS. Labour free services subject to final approval by CEO and amount for free depending on type of job and overall cost.

Please note any cancellation of job value under £100 less than under 24 hours to the original book will be result in full invoice of the work booked but we can offer you alternative booking its re booked within 15 days.

If we can not get parking near your property or if restriction and you don't have voucher or permit for visitors or can not apply parking for our VAN than we can not book your job or we have to cancelled if that is the case.
We can not risking our self to have parking penalties.

Warranty and Guarantee :
Warranty :
We give only warranty of the parts for up to 12 months on non-electronic parts and Labour will be still chargeable as you would appreciate as we are not insurance company to provide endless call outs for free. If any parts are electronics, we will not give warranty or guarantee as we do not charge extra charges on the parts or material and we only provide on behalf of you.

Guarantee :
Complete new installation comes with 12 month standard Guarantee parts and labour.

Any third party modification / alteration or changes or abuse of the normal use will void any warranty and Guarantee

Deposit required at the time of booking and amount will be depending on total work contract.
