Smiley Builders established in 2003. We carry out our work to the highest standards and offer a professional service with highly trained workers. Most of our contracts are (Design & Build) which include Architectural Drawings, Planning Permission,Building Control to Completion Certificate. All estimates are highly competitive and we are well known in the building industry for our quality, efficiency and reliability. We will carry out any aspect of building work and our commitment to customer service is second to none!

We are a member of the Federation of Master Builders and follow the Government Trust Mark Scheme since 2010. Smiley Builders has been owned by Bassem El-Sokkary (Smiley) a building contractor for 10 years and building surveyor for two years. Smiley will be on site at all times to ensure all building work is kept on schedule with the minimum of disturbance to the client and that is how we built up a steady & reliable reputation for good and very high quality workmanship.
