Job not completed. Ben contacted me immediately after my job was posted.
后来我们在the phone and arranged a date/time for him to do the job. He sent a text on the day an hour or so before he was due to arrive to say he couldn't do it that day. No problem, we agreed another date and time. This time, no text message or phone call. Ben just didnt show up. Unfortunately, I didn't shortlist any other plumber as Ben was local and seemed keen to do the job. Just cannot understand why workmen contact you when they have no intention of completing the job.
