This is without doubt the best experience with a tradesperson I've ever had. Richard and his team were friendly and polite and did exactly what they said they were going to do on time and to a really high standard. From first meet to proper written quotes, to general communication, to the work carried out, it was all excellent. Some of the companies on here do lots of quotes for £100 and then badger for good feedback to get their feedback ratings up. Richard explained that he doesn't do any that and has only just started using My Builder again after running a business that didn't require this website. The work carried out was done on my neighbours land and he is 90 so i was worried about disrupting him but Richard and his team were so polite and caring, they listened to his stories, respected his garden and my neighbour loved them. Cannot recommend enough!!

Rich explained the situation and gave fair recommendations. Very friendly and efficient team. Very reasonable price for work done and cleaned/cleared up after themselves. Would definitely recommend for damproofing jobs.
