Not Impressed and felt very let down!
Everything started ok, with the drawings being submitted and his fee being slightly reduced if I paid cash but once we were informed that the application was going to be recommended for refusal, a few emails were forwarded from David but he became impossible to contact, so after two weeks of trying I was left to deal with the planning officer myself, which did not go well.
