Ed came out to look at what should have been a small job but ended up being a lengthy callout. Ed was very patient & thorough & didn't give up until a solution was found. Ed charged a very fair price & was by far the most reasonable quote we received. Ed was also a very pleasant individual. We would 100% use him again.
