大部分工作我们已经进行了30多年来一直为国内市场。工作可以从地面层不同,第一层和2层扩展;大音乐学院要求规划许可;平的转化率和hmo;阁楼转换。我们也承担小型商业项目包括龙门架工业单位。我们可以在许多方面建议的规划需求包括树木、公路、保护、上市的建筑,和洪水风险等等,不一而足。我们将通过从设计到建筑工程开始时支付的费用所以没有惊喜。我们从陶顿进行工作,萨默塞特在苏格兰阿伯丁;所以处理许多规划和建设规则的官员从许多不同的地方当局。 We are proud to say that many projects we undertake are from 'word of mouth' and repeat customers as well as builders who like to use our plans, so we must be doing something right. We are not vat registered and work from a home office, so can offer a competitive price compared to larger companies who will also have more overheads to deal with. Once a fee is agreed & you are happy with the service we can provide, we shall visit you at a time to suit yourselves, offer friendly advise regarding your ideas and measure the existing building. We will then go away and draft up preliminary plans for you to approve or comment upon. After this process, we can then finalise the plans in readiness for submission to the Local Authority. At this stage we will ask for the fees (including Planning and Building Regulation fees) so we can deal with submitting on your behalf. 2 copies of plans will be sent to you for builders to quote to. If you have already a builder in mind, we can send a further set of plans to them at no extra cost. We will copy you in on any emails between ourselves and the Local Authority so you know what is happening every step of the way. When the process is finished, and the plans have had Planning granted and Building Regs passed, further sets of approved plans will be sent to you. If you or your builder require any advice during building works, we can also provide this at no additional cost. We can do most aspects of the Planning and Building Regs processes; however, we do not do the following (if required), but can obtain quotes for; Structural Calculations, Flood risk assessments, Sequential tests, SAP calculations, air tests, percolation tests and sustainability. These are not required for most developments, but we can advise on any any additional costs and what they may be.
