Shane quickly responded to my advertisement. He was polite, calm and gave me a reasonable, no nonsense price for the work. Within an hour he arrived then completed the work to our satisfaction. I was kept informed throughout (including his expected time of arrival) and he was tidy, polite and friendly in his interaction. As a safety precaution Shane asked to view my workers ID before undertaking the work which is extremely important. Overall it was a first class service which I would recommend.
