About Integrated Property Services

Integrated Property Services (IPS) is a family-run construction and property business based in West Yorkshire. We are qualified tradesman with 30+ years of experience in the construction and joinery industries. Before co-founding IPS, one of our Directors previously ran a much larger construction company that had a turnover which exceeded £4,000,000. Another Director was also the contracts manager of the same company for over 15 years.

As a business we are committed to providing the highest quality work, even under tight deadlines. We simply do not compromise on the quality of our work.

We are always respectful to the environment in which we are working and pride ourselves on being punctual and trustworthy and always leave your property clean upon completion of our work.

Design and Consultancy - We are able to advise on projects from concept to completion on matters such as, design, planning, drawings and plans, building regulations and project management.

Joinery - We employ fully qualified and highly skilled joiners who can assist in all manner of projects, ranging from small interior works to full internal refits including stud work and the installation of partition walling.

Extensions and Conversions - We have vast experience in the construction of new build extensions and in converting, altering and adapting existing properties, to maximise a property's potential.

Electrical Services - Our fully qualified electricians are capable of providing a comprehensive service, including full commercial and residential installations and routine maintenance and repairs. All electrical works carry full regulatory certification.

Disabled Adaptations - We are able to adapt existing properties to facilitate ease of access, use and manoeurability in order to meet any specific disabled requirements. We have experienced in adapting both residential and commercial properties.

Kitchen and Bathroom - Our tradesmen are able to assist in the full redesign and installation of new kitchens and bathrooms as well as carrying out any required adaptations and repairs.

Maintenance and Repairs - We provide a comprehensive maintenance and repair service, capable of meeting a client's requirements for projects of any size - residential and commercial.

Painting and Decorating - We offer commercial and residential painting and decorating services.

Plumbing and Heating - We provide plumbing and heating solutions ranging from minor repairs to full installations.
