Ivan took on a larger project than originally listed; it included kitchen side return extension, basement excavation and conversion and full house refurb. Throughout the project Ivan was a huge support and always went the extra mile to help make decisions. The finished project has exceeded expectations and was a very clean job. Would work with Ivan again.

I highly recommend Ivan and his team for any building work. When I was searching for a contractor for our extensive renovation, I first checked accreditations and reviews, as recommendations from friends were either in different areas or for different type of work. My biggest concern was choosing the wrong contractor but fortunately we made the right choice.

Our renovation project involved converting our maisonette flat with separate living room, hall and kitchen to create an open plan living space. This involved removing several walls, levelling floors, renovating the staircase, installing new ceilings upstairs and downstairs, new lighting, kitchen, electrics, wardrobes, underfloor heating, wooden flooring, bespoke joinery and several new stud walls.

The quality and finish of the work was excellent and as we decided to live in the flat throughout, Ivan and his team kept the place as tidy as possible each evening. Any concerns or issues were addressed quickly and Ivan was always on hand to help with any queries, meeting us in the early morning and after work to answer questions and refine plans.

Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Ivan and ID Building and Construction Ltd. and would be happy to give a reference.

伊凡是很棒的工作从开始到结束. Him and his team worked to a very tight deadline to help me get the job finished and the quality of the work compared to the price was fantastic. If I ever have another job in the area Ivan will be the first person I call and I have also recommended him to my friends too!
