•Produce drawings for Building Warrant approval.
•Help you plan, design, and obtain local authority approvals for your project.
•Liaise with or arrange other professional services, where required (e.g. Structural Engineers, etc.)
•Compile all the necessary paperwork and liaise with your local authority.
•Ensure all the appropriate permits are in place before you commence your building project.

Structural plans for garage conversionArchitecture
Tom explained the process well from start to finish, was positive throughout and very reasonably priced. If I require further similar work I will be going straight to LFD Design.
