Mullan civils specialise in all aspects of groundworks and civil engineering from roads, footings, concreting, drainage to finishing works including kerbing, tarmacadam, slab laying, block paving, landscaping and secton 278 works. We also undertake sites that have failed to meet the standard required for adoption and lease with the relevant authorities to ensure sites are corrected and finalised to an adoptable standard from either small remedial works through to large scale full construction.
