We are a loft conversion and building business that has been trading across the Northeast for the last 20 years. We have worked on many projects from loft conversion's to a £750,000 new build in Newcastle. In 2004 we completely renovated The Marine House Hotel in Alnmouth and made it in to 5 apartments.

Although we decided to not go ahead with our garage conversion, Michael installed a doorway between the house and the garage. Michael is a great tradesman who is honest in his approach to his customers and will do anything he can to ensure that the work is carried out to the highest levels of quality. Bungalow conversion into two storey dwelling by removing original roof, building the upstairs, new roof, three bedrooms and bath upstairs and converted downstairs to open plan with utility. Fabulous team of workers, Michael kept me informed and involved at every stage of the process and the quality of workmanship was excellent, they finished ahead of schedule and remained within budget. Michael dealt with all the subcontractors and knew a tradesperson for every job I needed done, and he was very flexible throughout the process. Can't recommend them highly enough they made the whole experience plain sailing.
