Ross came to fix some awful brickwork work left by another builder and move a window. I'll be honest - not everything went according to plan, but Ross's brickwork is excellent, he stuck to the quote, which was very reasonable, and he was very patient and persevered to do everything he could to make sure we were happy. He is a very nice guy, a pleasure to have around and dealt with our horrendous neighbour politely and calmly. Thank you, Ross!
