I had a leak in my flat roof and knew it was from roughly one area. Ben was the only individual/company who was properly aware of building regulations. He was the only individual/company who quoted for a small scale repair that suited my needs rather than something extensive and expensive. He came back the same day as he quoted and sorted out my problem, need I say more? He even was too busy to invoice for a week of bad weather so I had plenty of time to know his repair had worked. I had to chase him to pay him not the other way round. I felt he was honest, thorough and knew that he had done a high quality job! I am hoping he is available to do a complete tiled roof for me in the near future.
