We do Loft conversions, extensions, full refurbishment, garage conversions, new builds, kitchens, bathrooms, Men and Women Caves, The team has an average age of 45. We all have a lot of experience in our specialisms. We all are very proud of our work and always would like the client to be involved in the process. It just makes the process more enjoyable for everyone.

About My Dream Build
My family have been building for over 120 years. I have been building within the family mainly until 5 years ago I decided to go out on my own. I have recently opened up a company called YDWB Ltd and set up a Public Liability for £5million. As a sole trade I have a Public liability for £1million.
I have spent time to build a team with me that has both the experience and equally important the highest level of skill in each of their disciplines. The average age of the team is 44, which means they have all seen challenges and over come them and more importantly gained the practical building knowledge to over come all challenges thrown at them.

We have been working together for the last 3 years and it really does work very well.
我们也有一个专门的架构师,Engineer and Private Building Inspector. This means that for all your requirements you wouldn't need to hunt around to find the skills and services to complete any and all building projects because we have all under the one roof.
I do have a separate website we existing completed projects on it. I have been remiss and as yet haven't loaded up the last four projects which will be done over the next two weeks. When we make contact I can share with you the web address.
I only run one project at a time because it allows me to totally focus on delivery on both budget and timing.

Paul came to my house and he gave me some good honest advice. Paul advised me that the work I wanted him to do would not have added any value to my property. He could have easily have done the job and taken my money. To be fair most companies propely would have done that. However I am very grateful that Paul / Dreambuild did not do that instead he told me the truth which I am highly grateful for.

Paul came round and gave us a very fair and honest opinion on the work we were wanting done, but also offered up his knowledge and experience on a number of things we will look to do down the line. A member of his team Luke, came and did the work for us and was incredibly polite and professional. The work was to a very high standard and he helped us out with a few other things, all for a very, very good price. For any future work we do, Paul and his team will be our first point of contact and would definitely recommend.
