我聘请了一位顾问/建筑修复山墙结束的问题。他完成了报告等,给了我一个固定价格合同。即使这样我问他如果任何额外成本的钱将和我正在紧缩贷款。他只说“不可预见的”这可能是额外的£3-5k。我一直记住这一点。同时开展工作,他一直提到有很多要做,这需要做的和需要做的事情。我需要解决的问题,和有钱搁置一旁,我跟着它。支付时间为所有额外的工作和所有的工作我们最初讨论和报价。目前的一个至关重要的部分建筑墙,他对天气一直是正确的。很好。 Then I don't hear from him for a week and tried ringing him. He wouldn't answer. Then texted me saying all explained in email he is going to send. 5 days later. Still nothing. So rang him again. No answer and then saw an email from him! As he is a consultant, he wants his wages paying and for all time he spent. Apparently he is a consultant and has had to "muck" in! And now wants £18k!!! This was never discussed or agreed or written anywhere!! I have paid for all extra work and all the original plan and just want it completing! Building is already propped up by scaffolding, jacks etc and the wall needs to be built - large stone which may need to be cut to size and additional may need to be bought! I am at wits end and need this completing. Appreciate if anyone can advice/help.
