Outdoor tap but i have external wall insulation
Is it going to cause any damage or cause me any problems to fit an outdoor tap when I have external wall insulation fitted to my home thank you

It shouldn’t be an issue. As long as no cables or pipes are chased in the wall where you are planning on drilling through it shouldn’t be an issue

Plumbers please isolate the external tap with a plastic section. Don’t copper it all the way or you create a dangerous situation under fault conditions. Seen one fatality due to this.
