16 inch gap between two detached houses
Looking to buy a house with a 20 inch gap between the external wall and next doors. 2 storey and the soil pipe runs in that gap. IS that enough room to get in and do repair work or will that be an issue.

that will definitely be an issue for any repair to brickwork but would probably allow access to repair soil stack

16 inch soil pipe 4inch wot work needs be done there enough room to change the soil pipe
