Upvc window finisher/sill?

Can somebody identify what type of sill this window has at the bottom? Normally most windows have a board type sill but this does not. It is 50mm in height.

I was told it was a stub sill but looking at Google these appear to look different. They look like this;

That is a stub cill with a trim put over the lip of it. If you take the take the trim off you will be able to see the full properly. Hope this helps.

It is a stub cill the cill is 30mm thick on most windows.
This looks as if window as been packed up in height.Trimmed over to cover gap and help seal
