Does this seem suitable for a slate roof

I’ve had some repairs to tiles on the roof over my bathroom but the rain still gets in, a damp patch appears in the ceiling plaster every time.

I have got a quote but could someone let me know if it seems a sensible option: “felt the roof around the back above bathroom with plastic sheets between slates to stop leak. Cement down both sides of valley. Put EPS sheet in around gutter around the back.” Thanks in advance x

Plastic sheets will cause sweating creating dampness, insulation will help providing there is sufficient space for air flow between the breathable membrane & insulation.
But in realty without viewing the roof in question it's really impossible to say if this is sufficient to stop your issue
Good luck Alex

Very hard to put the finger on it without seeing but definitely don't cement a slate valley either use lead with a welt each side or a secret fiberglass valley sheet for close cuts

如果这个屋顶计划正确就没有need for plastic felt or any roofing get actually.
