Back part of garage converting to store room - advice

都是好的我想回来大约1.5 of our integral garage converted into an internal store room/cloak room. We lack internal storage and don't use our garage for much. To have the store room as a legitimate internal room is permission needed and what regs would need to be adhered to? If any. I'm happy for a block wall to be put up since the garage effectively making that the external wall.
The room would come of our hallway with an internal door.
Any advice is appreciated on this. I want to gauge how easy, or difficult, this would be before we go and get quotes.
Thanks

Building regulations & building control would be needed for this,If the new room is to be entered via the existing hallway then the door will need to be a fire rated door then solid floor, concrete external wall (garage side) cavity with fire board wall and ceiling, ventilation with an interlink wired fire alarm.A lot of expense for a cupboard for the cost you would be better of converting the complete garage if you don’t use it.
